Join Katie Boscher, Career and Leadership Coach and ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach, for an interactive session on building authentic and intentional networking practices. Katie helps mid-career professionals and young adults clarify their next steps through deep self-awareness and reflection, empowering them to lead lives of success, happiness, and fulfillment. Drawing on her background in marketing and sales at Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as her experience teaching high school Spanish, Katie partners with clients to design career paths, build confidence, and lead authentically.

Networking offers significant value for coaches – connecting us with potential clients, referral sources, advocates, and business partners. Yet many find it uncomfortable or inconsistent. This session will explore how aligning networking with your values, goals, and personal style can make it more easeful, enjoyable, and successful. Participants will also create individualized networking processes and plans through a guided worksheet.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why networking matters for coaches and how to approach it authentically
  • How to align your networking process with values and goals
  • Practical strategies to make networking more enjoyable and effective
  • Guided creation of a personalized networking plan
