You’ll learn how to use powerful, focused questions to move conversations from surface‑level updates to transformational insight. This session equips you with practical tools you can immediately apply in leadership, mentoring, and everyday conversations to unlock growth and forward movement.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to use scaling questions to deepen awareness and measure progress
- How to apply A.W.E. (And What Else?) prompts to expand insight and possibility
- How to introduce “What’s Your Big Thing?” to surface core goals and motivations
- How to use strength‑based framing to highlight what’s working and build confidence
*Note: Each session is designed as a stand‑alone experience. Attendance at both is not required, and CCE credits will be awarded individually for each session.

Trainer Bio:
Dean Leber, is the founder of The Leaders Group, where he partners with leaders and their teams to strengthen strategy, culture, and performance. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and years of entrepreneurial experience, Dean blends practical business insight with evidence-based coaching methods. In addition to his work with leaders across the U.S. and internationally, he also teaches college-level courses in Organizational Strategy, helping develop the next generation of business leaders.
